Pentagon is a full service security company with an emphasis on providing professional security personnel. We are licensed by New York State, bonded, and fully insured. All our security officers complete pre-employement background checks and meet all requirements needed to be licensed by New York State as security guards. They also receive pre-employement and annual in-service training to maintain their skills. Pentagon has experienced supervisors, many with law-enforcement backgrounds. Supervisors are available to respond to our clients' needs on a twenty-four hour, seven day a week basis. In an industry where companies come and go, Pentagon is supported by a veteran organization with over twenty years experience in the security field. Principals
Gerard F. Conway: President
Mr. Conway retired, as a Captain, from the New York Police Department after a twenty-nine year career. During his tenure with the NYPD, Mr. Conway held numerous supervisory positions in patrol, investigations, and training. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and has completed graduate level work. Mr. Conway possesses numerous professional certifications including being licensed by the Department of State as a private investigator. In addition, Mr. Conway is a veteran who served in the United States Navy.
Patricia Eng: Director of Personnel
Ms. Eng has been working with a major airline for the past 32 years in a multi-faceted career, focusing on customer service, employee relations and leadership development. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, with an emphasis on Industrial/Organizational Psychology, from Florida International University. Her dedication and enthusiasm in the human resources field continues to build morale, enhance communication, inspire pride, and promote professionalism within the company.
Robert John Brennan: Director of Operations
Mr. Brennan is the most recent addition to the Pentagon Protection and Investigations Inc.’s management team. As Director of Operations, he is currently responsible for the technology development activities and expansion of this security firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from the University of Florida.
Crystal Brennan: Criminal Management Specialist
Ms. Brennan earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and holds certificates specific to Crime Analysis and Criminal Profiling, from the University of Central Florida. Pentagon Protection Service, Inc. is pleased to have Ms. Brennan on our team to anticipate and deter crimes against our clients and their properties. Her expertise and commitment will continue to effect the safety and security that our patrons have become reliant on.
